If, for any reason, the recipient is not home at the time of delivery, we guarantee that the order will not be delivered to neighbors, friends, or other unauthorized individuals. However, for your convenience, you have the option to designate an alternate delivery name. This way, if the original recipient is unavailable, that person can receive the order without any problems.
Transparent Receiving Process
It is essential that the recipient of the merchandise verify with our distributor that the quantities on the invoice match the products received. If any item is missing, the recipient must clearly indicate this and sign for the remaining items. Please remember that once the delivery has been signed for and accepted, no claims for missing products can be accepted.
